Beach Day

Grandpa Les and Grandma Lila took Tristan and Braeden on a beach trip. They had fun playing in the trees, in the sand and climbing around the tide pools.
Les snapped some great shots.

Monterey Trip Highlights

Jerry and I made a trip to
Monterey, CA to see Sarah and her family.
Attached are a few of our highlights of the trip.
I need to retrieve a few photos from Sarah's camera. One being of
the Robert Louis Stevenson House, which I really enjoyed.
We had a great visit and even got to drop in on
Vena and Bob in Arroyo Grande.
On the way home we stopped to see
Ariji and enjoyed a wonderful Italian dinner.

Tristan's 4th Birthday and Christmas Eve

Happy Birthday Tristan!

Tristan turned 4 years old December 23 rd. Mommy Danielle did it again! What an awesome cake. Looks like Frosty melted. We can't wait to see the cake she designs for Braeden's Birthday in February.

I am a big 4 year old!

It's A Wonderful Life!

Jerry's Christmas cast got taken off on the 23rd. The staples were taken out of the incision and a new cast was put on. He goes back again on the 5th of January.

Kerri, Danielle and Les enjoying the snacks.

Thanks Sarah and Adam for the yummy gift basket!

Thanks also to Aunt Vena and Uncle Bob for the delicious oranges!

Gift overload.

Braeden always knows where to find goodies.

We are glad Henry could join us. We were saddened to hear that his grandmother (Elvia's mother) passed away just a few days before Christmas. Frank and Elvia flew to Mexico City to be with family and friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.

Les, Lila and Kerri sharing the evening.

Tristan got a Diner Kitchen set for his birthday and Gavin was his first customer.

A Merry Christmas Cast!

Jerry goes back to the doctor on December 23rd. to have the stitches taken out. They will take this cast off and replace it with a new one.He is thinking of getting a different color cast for the New Year. I can tell he is feeling better. Starting to be more like his ole self. He is looking forward to getting a walking cast in about 3-4 weeks.

Latest Blunder

Jerry broke his left fibula bone by his ankle. He had to have surgery and we thought it would be an in and out thing. He had a bracket and a couple of screws put in and they had to keep him over night because, he was showing signs of sleep apnea from the anesthesia. He was in a lot of pain the first couple of days after surgery. He is doing better now. He goes back to the doctor on the 17th. to have the incision checked and a harder cast put on for 4 weeks. Then he will get that taken off and a walking cast for another 2-3 weeks.

Why does stuff like this happen around the holidays?
